Choosing a shade online
Screens show colour differently, and makeup always looks different on skin than it does in a
swatch. Treat the shade images as a guide rather than an exact match. If you are between two
shades, the lighter one is the safer first buy.
How to use
- After moisturiser, dot over the face and blend outwards with fingers or a damp sponge.
- Build a second layer only where you need more coverage.
- Set with a powder if your skin gets oily.
Important: the SPF is not enough on its own
SPF 30 in a BB cream only works if you apply the full sunscreen amount, and
almost nobody applies that much base makeup. Treat it as a useful extra, not as your sunscreen.
Wear a proper sunscreen underneath if you will be out in the sun.
