What it is
A jelly-textured hydrogel mask, and the cooling is the part people notice first — it brings
the skin temperature down, which is why it works well on a hot day or on skin that feels flushed.
The red colour comes from vitamin B12, not a dye. It is more flexible than a typical hydrogel, so
it moulds to the face rather than sliding off.
What it is formulated to do

- Lift dullness and smooth texture, with niacinamide
Key ingredients
- Red collagen complex — firming
- Five peptides — including acetyl hexapeptide-8 and copper tripeptide-1
- Niacinamide — tone and brightness
- Adenosine — for fine lines
- Ceramide NP and panthenol — barrier and hydration
- Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) — the natural red colour
Who it suits
All skin types, including sensitive. Most useful on tired, flat-looking skin, or before makeup.
How to use
- After cleansing and toner, place the mask on the face.
- Twenty to thirty minutes for a quick refresh before makeup, or leave it on
longer, even overnight, for a deeper treatment. - Remove and pat in the remaining essence.
- Follow with moisturiser, and sunscreen in the morning.
Layering it over a serum turns it into an occlusive seal, which is the most effective way to use
it. One piece per pack.
Good to know
It contains a cooling agent (methyl diisopropyl propionamide). If your skin is
very reactive, or you react badly to cold, test the essence on your inner arm first. Do not apply
it over open or bleeding skin.
