What it is
The moisturiser in the AXIS-Y Dark Spot Correcting range, built on the same 6+1+1 structure as the
serum. Where the serum leads on niacinamide, the cream adds alpha-arbutin, so the two work on
pigment from slightly different angles. The texture starts as a gel and breaks into water on the
skin, which is why it feels cooling and absorbs so fast.
What it is formulated to do
- Brighten, with alpha-arbutin and niacinamide
- Support collagen, with a six-peptide complex
- Hydrate intensely, with squalane and ceramide
- Work on blemishes and dark spots, with sea buckthorn fruit extract
- Soothe, with centella (CICA) and heartleaf extract

Using it with the serum
The serum goes on first, the cream seals it in. They are designed as a pair, but either works on
its own. Add the Glow Toner first if you want the full three-step routine.
Who it suits
All skin types. The gel-to-water texture suits oily and combination skin in humid weather, and
the ceramides mean dry skin is still looked after.
How to use
- At the final step of your routine, take an appropriate amount of the cream.
- Gently pat it into the skin until fully absorbed.
- Use daily, morning and evening.
- Sunscreen in the morning, always, when you are working on dark spots.
Good to know
Alpha-arbutin is well tolerated by most people, but patch test first if your skin is reactive or
you know you react to hydroquinone derivatives. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your
doctor before using a brightening active. Vegan and animal test-free, per the brand.
