What it is
CeraVe’s night treatment, and the most active formula in their core range. On top of the ceramide base it carries a biomimetic peptide complex, including tripeptide-1 and caprooyl tetrapeptide-3. The brand has since renamed this product the Skin Renewing Peptide Cream, so the two names refer to the same formula.

About the ceramides
Every CeraVe formula is built on the same idea: three ceramides (NP, AP and EOP) in the same
ratio skin makes them, with cholesterol and fatty acids. Ceramides are what hold the skin barrier
together, and skin that is dry, stripped or reactive is usually short of them. The brand’s MVE
delivery system holds those ingredients in layered spheres so they release slowly rather than all
at once.
