Choosing a shade online

Screens show colour differently, and makeup looks different on skin than in a swatch. Treat the shade images as a guide rather than an exact match. If you are between two shades, the lighter one is the safer first buy.

How to use

1. Line your lips first if you like, to define the shape and prevent feathering.
2. Apply from the centre of the lips outward to the corners with even strokes.
3. Blot gently with a tissue to set the colour.

Good to know

Long-wear lip colour is easier to remove with a cleansing oil or balm than by rubbing. Apply a lip balm afterwards if your lips feel dry.
